Can you pick me up from my hotel?

 Our Winery Experience Tour/Twilight Tour & Experience the South West Tours offer pickups from all CBD accommodation. Please phone or email the office for a pickup time.

If you are not staying in the CBD we do a general pickup at the Tourist Coach Rank on the Corner of Wellington St. & William St. Perth City.
Pickup is at 9.45am (please be there 10 mins prior) on the corner of William & Wellington Streets (the train station side of William St lights). 
There is the bus bay located on the Train Station side of Wellington Street ( REFER MAP FOR MEETING POINT LOCATIONS)


Swan Valley Winery Experience Tour - at 9.45am (Please be there 10 mins prior)
Swan Valley Twilight Tour - at 5.00pm (Please be there 10 mins prior)
Margaret River Winery Tour - at 7.00am (Please be there 10 mins prior)

Swan Valley River Cruise & Vineyard Tour - please meet at the Captain Cook office (they do our cruise section of the tour) at Barrack St Jetty between 9.15 and 9.30am. ( SEE BOTTOM OF MAP FOR DIRECTIONS)

Do you pickup outside the CBD?

We can pickup at the Crown Casino complex, along the Great Eastern Highway, Guildford Rd and Guildford Train Station on our coach tours only. Please contact us for a pickup time.


Do you pickup in the Swan Valley?

If you are staying in the Swan Valley we can pick you up at the Swan Valley Visitors Centre in Guildford or the Guildford Train Station for the coach tours only.

Swan Taxis on 13 13 30 can transfer you to the Visitors Centre for a minimal cost.


What time do we get back to the city?

All our day tours return to the city around 5pm, Evening tours are around 11pm and Margaret River Tours 7pm.


How many people on the bus?

Our coaches sit between 13 and 24 passengers.
We charter in larger coaches for our group bookings.


What methods of payment do you accept?

For direct bookings we require a c/c number to secure the booking. No money is taken off the card (and you pay how you like on the day) unless you cancel within 24 hours of departure.
On the day - Visa/Mastercard/Cash/Travellers Cheque (with passport information)
Prepayment - Visa/Mastercard/Cheque/Direct Deposit
2% surcharge is charge with all credit card payments.
ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE CHARGED AT TIME OF BOOKING - NO 2% IS CHARGED 


Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Vegetarians and other dietary requirements are all catered for, as long as you mention this when booking your tour.

What should I wear?

Day tours - casual and Evening tours - smart casual.


How far is the Swan Valley?

On the coach 30 mins and on the river cruise 1 1/2 hours.


Do you offer concessions?

Sorry no concessions as our tours are very good value already.


Can I drink or eat on the bus?

It is illegal to consume alcohol in a moving vehicle in the State of Western Australia and in accordance with this we do not permit alcohol to be consumed on our vehicles but we strongly encourage the consumption of water.

Government legislation prohibits the consumption of food on a public bus and no food on any of our vehicles will be appreciated.



What if the weather is bad?

Our tours operate regardless of weather conditions. You will find the Swan Valley and Margaret River have a different atmosphere in every season and winter can be wonderfully cosy in the warm cellar doors, most with lovely wood fires blazing.


Do you sell Gift Voucher?

We do offer Gift Vouchers, which can be purchased in our online store.
