Claude & Linda Rossetto
After enjoying ten years in the tourism industry in Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Turkey, India and Europe Claude and Linda Rossetto returned home to Australia with many great memories and lots of experience operating tours.
Out & About Wine Tours was established in 1996 with the idea of specialising in winery tours within the Swan Valley. At this time Out & About was the only tour operator in the Swan Valley and started with one tour 2 days per week, which has now grown to offer four different winery tours seven days per week.
They have never lost sight of their goal and the tours today are operated with the same enthusiasm, commitment to quality and value for money as when they were starting out.
The goal is to be the tour operator with the highest quality of personalised service in the Swan Valley which aims to give each guest a relaxed, informative and enjoyable experience. They are not aiming for highest quantity of visitors to the region, but quality of the experience had by each individual guest.
The coaches are all late model, air conditioned, are service regularly and cleaned after and before each tour. So, you the client can travel in the knowledge you are in a clean, well maintained and reliable coach.
From the initial owner/operator run business to currently employing 8 casual tour leaders together they operate up to 20 tours per week. The tour guides are chosen based on their strong commitment to customer service, interest in wine, ability to have fun in a professional manner and to interact with a range of different guest personalities.
They have over the years built up a reputation of professionalism and dedication and pride themselves on providing guests with a professional, fun, informative and good value tour which explores the delights of the region.
